Hooray!! Finally, a pretty kitchen. A dreamy one. One that felt like mine. A couple fun things to note: My lid rack secured to the side of the cabinet, thanks to pushing the stove a little closer to the wall, the drawer pulls with a pop of blue (more on those later), and, hello, blueberry muffins. My dear mother blew me away by having the bar-cart of my dreams appear on my front doorstep one morning. It became my coffee/tea bar immediately. I literally stopped everything and put that little nook together. Now, Bambi? Really? Yes. Bambi. Retro Bambi. The end. Little details make a house a home. I swear by flowers. Not really, but you know what I mean. Grocery stores sell them cheap enough and they make a world of difference in a space. A simple platter to collect mail does too. Trust me. You'll feel like Carson delivers your mail to you personally on that platter and it'll make you grin. Granted, the bedsheet is still on my couch and the piles of unpacked boxes are still...
